The house we renovated was 37 year-old and was bought by our client last year.
The location of the site is along with two-sided roads, one is on main road, another is side road. Considering the site environment, we want to keep its privacy as much as the sunlight allows the living room on the first floor to brighten enough, especially from the main road. To accomplish this, we planned framing all around windows which make it possible to brighten the weak winter sunlight that reflects widely to the space, and strong summer sunlight would be prevented by the frame.
