弊社都市開発の取り組みがビジネス雑誌に掲載

「衰退社会での建築は競争的な建築ではなく 共生的な建築であるべき」

　　衰退社会における共生的建築の重要性をより多くの人に理解してもらい、それが日本の将来的な経済発展に繋がると考えています。同時に昨今の人手不足の中、これまでと同じような仕事のやり方をしていたら若者の建築離れも相まって他の産業同様に建築業界も立ちいかなくなるでしょう。全ての面で古い体質から脱却し、DXによって業務効率の改善を図ることで次の世代が公平に活躍出来る業界になると考えています。そのために私達自身が世論の変遷や社会の変化をしっかりと見極め、建築や都市計画の専門知識を持った黒子として日本の経済発展に繋がるようなまちづくりを行っていければ幸いです。

弊社代表鶴田が建築学系都市デザインの分野にて博士号（工学）を取得致しました。

社会人学生として、世論が都市開発や観光政策に与える影響について研究を続けて参り、2024年3月26日正式に博士号取得に至りました。研究を続けてこれたのは周囲の理解やサポート、何よりも各クライアント様方のご理解があったが故であることに疑う余地がありません。 衷心より感謝申し上げると同時に今後も変わらぬご愛顧とご支援を賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。

As a working student, I have been researching the impact of public opinion on urban development and tourism policies. I am delighted to announce that on March 26, 2024, I officially earned my doctoral degree. The journey of my research has been made possible by the understanding and support of those around me, especially the invaluable understanding from each of my clients. I extend my heartfelt gratitude and sincerely request for your continued patronage and support in the future.

新年のご挨拶

謹んで新年のご挨拶を申し上げると共に、令和６年能登半島地震により被災された皆様及びご関係者の皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
被災地の安全と一日も早い復興を心よりお祈り申し上げます。

2008年に創業以来今年で17期目を迎えることが出来ました。私たちは国内外で建築設計からまちづくりに至る幅広い領域で活動させていただいており、これまでの経験を生かし、建築や都市計画における創造力とメタバースのテクノロジーを組み合わせることで、より魅力的で持続可能なプロジェクトに取り組んでいます。これもひとえにクライアント様方のご協力、そして弊社スタッフ一人一人の努力の賜物であり、代表として誠に感謝しております。

新たな年が始まるにあたり、より一層の努力と創造性をもって、皆様に信頼される企業であり続けることをお約束いたします。本年も変わらぬご愛顧とご支援を賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。

I would like to express my sincere New Year’s greetings and extend heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake in the year 2024, along with their families and associates. My thoughts are with the safety and swift recovery of the affected areas.

This year marks the 17th anniversary since our founding in 2008. We have been engaged in a wide range of activities, from architectural design to urban development, both domestically and internationally. Drawing on our past experiences, we combine creativity in architecture and urban planning with the technology of the metaverse to undertake projects that are not only captivating but also sustainable. This achievement is made possible through the collaboration of our valued clients and the dedicated efforts of each member of our staff, for which I am truly grateful.

As we embark on a new year, I pledge to continue our commitment to being a trusted company with increased effort and creativity. I sincerely request your continued patronage and support throughout this year.
